Signature Bank opens new Branches in Umuahia & Aba

Signature Bank has officially launched and commissioned two new branches in Abia state – Umuahia – the state capital, and Aba – the commercial centre signaling a milestone for the Bank as it continues to strategically grow its network to provide excellent banking services and foster economic growth in the regions.

Speaking during the commissioning which kick-started in Aba, then moved to Umuahia, the Governor of the state Dr. Alex Otti who unveiled the Bank said the coming on board of Signature Bank signals good tidings for the business environment in the state as he explained that he resigned as a Member of board at the Bank before taking up his current job as the governor of the state.

The Managing Director of Signature Bank Godwin Nnosike said the Bank founded in 2022, is a financial institution dedicated to providing personalized banking solutions to individuals, businesses, and communities. With a focus on seamless digital solutions and customer satisfaction.

Also speaking, the Branch Manager for Umuahia, Ekeledirichukwu Ochiabuto said the Bank would also provide loan facilities for eligible customers categorized into Salary Earners and the Business Class.

Family Love FM reports that with the opening of Signature Bank in Umuahia and Aba, the bank now has five branch locations including Abuja, Port Harcourt and Asaba.

The event saw the presence of dignitaries and government functionaries present including the Deputy Governor Engineer Ikechukwu Emetu, Speaker of the House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Emeruwa, his Deputy Rt. Hon. Austin Merehgini (Ugolee), and other House Members.

Others also present were Chief of Staff to the Governor Pastor Caleb Ajagba, Director General Abia State Orientation Agency Pastor Dike Nwankwo, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Umuahia Methodist Church Bishop Dr Chibuzo Raphael Opoko, Commissioner for Information Prince Okey Kanu amongst others.
